MemorasYou can permanently delete your Memoras account and personal data at any time.
In the app (recommended)
- Open Memoras and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
What gets deleted
Your account (email and display name), and — if you are the sole member of your “My Memoras” group — your memories, photos, check-ins and wishlist. If your group has other members, the shared content stays with them. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.
Anonymous, non-personal catalog data (places and events shown to everyone) is not affected.
Prefer email?
If you can’t access the app, email help@memoras.app from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account”, and we’ll remove it within 30 days.
